AUSTRALIA FREE SHIPPING ORDERS OVER $50 

Australian orders under $50 incur a flat rate fee of $10 postage.

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ORDERS OVER $100

Worldwide orders under $100 incur a flat rate $20 postage fee.

Prices quoted in Australian dollars.

We ship with Australia Post. You will receive a tracking order number after you have placed your order. You can track your order online using your order tracking number. We send out all orders within 24 hours of purchase.

Delivery time within Australia  4 - 7 business days.

Delivery time outside Australia  10 - 15 business days.

COVID may extend these time-frames.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND - RETURNS POLICY


We offer a 30 days returns policy. If 30 days has lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return on your order. Please follow these instructions to proceed with a return - 1. Contact us via our contact page notifying us of your intention to return your item. Please provide your tracking order number/ name/ order address. You will receive  our return mailing business address. 2. Mail back your return item. Please note, you will be responsible for return mailing costs. Your return item must be in original condition and in its original packaging. 3. Once we have received your return item, we will process your refund. Please wait for the refund to appear in your bank account. This may take several days.​​

 

ORDER PROBLEMS - REPLACEMENT POLICY
 

MISSING ORDER: If, in the unlikely event, that your order does not arrive, we will issue you a replacement order. We offer a 30 days replacement policy in the event of missing orders. If 30 days has lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement order.

Please follow these instructions to proceed with a replacement order - 1. Contact us via our contact page notifying us of your missing order. Please provide your tracking order number/ name/ order address. We will investigate your claim and then notify you via email of our decision. If you are successful in your claim we will send you a replacement order immediately. 

DEFECTIVE ORDER: If, in the unlikely event, your order arrives damaged in transit, we will issue you a replacement order. We offer a 30 days replacement policy in the event of defective orders. If 30 days has lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement order.

Please follow these instructions to proceed with a replacement order - 1. Contact us via our contact page notifying us of your damaged order. Please provide your tracking order number/ name/ order address/ add 2 photos as an attachment to your email, of the damaged order item. We will investigate your claim and then notify you via email of our decision. If you are successful in your claim we will send you a replacement order immediately.

We hold the right to grant or dismiss claims. However, we will do all that we can to make sure you have a happy shopping experience with us, that is our promise to you.
